R-3100
Series Dryers
|
 |
The
R-3100 Series tower dryers require minimal ground space, operate more
quietly
than typical grain dryers, use far fewer moving parts, and emit fewer
particulates
into the environment. A divider hopper separates heat section
from
cooling section, preventing the build-up of fines in the heat section,
lowering the risk of fire, and simplifying maintenance. All heat
from the cooling grain is recycled for efficient operation. All
safety
features incorporated into the C-2100A and C-2100B Series dryers such
as
flame safety, overheats, controls, etc., are used on the R-3100 Series
dryers. |

| All
drying capacities shown are estimates based on drying principles, field
results, and computer simulations. Variances may occur due to the
grain’s
physiological factors (kernel size, chemical composition, variety,
maturity),
excessive fines, weather conditions, etc. |
